Past, Present and Future.

Present is a moment in time,
a pause ,a dwell between the past and the future;
it comes and goes like the blink of light
and perishes in the sea of unknown future;
the past lurks and lives on for ever,
like a Phoenix rising from the ashes
of time-charred corpses of the present and future
reincarnating into its Phoenix past;
the Phoenix of yore never dies
and lives on and on
manifesting itself in moments of time
in one form or the other.
the cycle of time moves on and on
never to end,
never !
